Personally, I am a very visual leaner. I need to see everything, or I will never grasp the concept. In the classroom I always want to bring in visual sources, such as photography, videos, painting, etc., to supplement the coursework. To me being able to see visual depictions of concepts, or real world visual sources related to the material, makes learning easier and much more interesting. Since I am so visual, it is important for me to remember to address the needs of my students who are not. I need to remember to incorporate kinesthetic learning and auditory learning on a daily basis, so that I am ensuring I am doing my best to meet the needs of all of my students, not just the ones who learn like I do.
